Webflow pricing in 2026: plan costs and which one you need

Webflow pricing in 2026: plan costs and which one you need
Short answer

Webflow charges per site. A site without a blog or CMS runs on Basic at $15/month billed yearly, and any site with CMS content needs Premium at $25/month billed yearly. Online stores need an ecommerce plan from $29/month. Most site owners never need a paid Workspace plan, because every account includes a free one.

Webflow charges in two places: a Site plan for each published website and a Workspace plan for the people who build it. Most business owners only ever pay for the first one. Webflow also changed its plan line-up in May 2026, so a lot of pricing guides online still list plans that no longer exist.

Below is the current pricing from webflow.com, checked in October 2026, plus how we pick a plan for client sites.

Site plans vs Workspace plans

This is the part that confuses most people. A Site plan pays for hosting and features for one website: your custom domain, bandwidth, CMS and forms. Every live site needs its own Site plan.

A Workspace plan pays for the team that builds sites: staging sites, collaboration features and seats. Every Webflow account already includes a free Starter Workspace with one full seat. If you own one website and edit it yourself, you usually do not need a paid Workspace at all.

Basic or Premium: how to choose

The choice comes down to one question: will the site ever need CMS content?

  • Pick Basic ($15/month) for a landing page, a one-page site, a portfolio or a small business site with fixed pages. Basic has no CMS at all, so you cannot run a blog on it.
  • Pick Premium ($25/month) as soon as you need a blog, news, case studies, job listings or any list of items you add over time. Premium also adds site search, form file uploads and more bandwidth.
Our rule of thumb for client sites: if there is any chance you will publish articles in the next year, start on Premium. Moving from Basic to Premium later is easy, but building pages by hand that should have been CMS templates is not.

What changed in May 2026

Until May 2026 Webflow had three paid Site plans for regular websites: Basic, CMS and Business. Webflow merged CMS and Business into a single Premium plan and raised Basic slightly, from $14 to $15 per month billed yearly. Premium now includes 20,000 CMS items and 40 Collections, which is more than the old CMS plan offered.

If you read a guide that mentions a "CMS plan for $23" or a "Business plan for $39", it was written before this change.

Ecommerce plans

Webflow ecommerce plans include everything a store needs: product pages, a custom cart and checkout, Stripe and PayPal payments and automatic tax calculation. The main difference between tiers is the product limit and the transaction fee.

Standard charges a 2% fee on every sale on top of payment processing fees. Plus and Advanced charge 0%. Once a store sells more than a few thousand dollars a month, Plus usually ends up cheaper than Standard because of that fee.

Workspace plans and seats

Growth$49/monthUnlimited staging sites, 301 redirects, publishing permissions

Extra seats cost $39/month for a full seat (designers and developers) and $15/month for a limited seat (people who only edit content). Reviewer seats that can only comment are free.

Costs people forget

  • Monthly billing. Yearly billing saves up to about 40%.
  • Bandwidth. Premium includes 50 GB a month. Extra bandwidth starts at $20/month for another 50 GB.
  • Add-ons. Localize (translations) starts at $9/month, Analyze (built-in analytics) at $9/month and Optimize (A/B testing) at $299/month.
  • The build itself. The Site plan is hosting, not design. A custom design and build is a separate one-time cost.
