About SkyDesigner.me

SkyDesigner.me is a website operated by Studio za grafički dizajn "INKYY" Bojan Sandić s.p. Laktaši to showcase design and development services, portfolio work, and service-related information.

Our agency operates primarily through Fiverr, and our services are closely connected to Fiverr’s marketplace rules, policies, and terms.

Fiverr First Business Model

Unless clearly stated otherwise in writing, all service orders, project payments, revisions, delivery management, and dispute handling are processed through Fiverr.

All payments for services must be made through Fiverr.

All standard project communication must also take place through Fiverr, in order to maintain security, transparency, and proper documentation for both parties.

In specific situations where off-platform communication is necessary, it must be pre-approved by Fiverr Support and properly documented in the Fiverr conversation or order page for recordkeeping and review purposes.

No Off-Platform Payments

We do not accept direct off-platform payments for Fiverr-related services.

Any request to bypass Fiverr’s payment system, move payment outside Fiverr, or complete transactions outside the Fiverr platform for Fiverr-originated work is not permitted.

Communication Policy

For Fiverr-related inquiries, orders, and active projects, communication should remain on Fiverr unless Fiverr expressly allows another method.

Where third-party communication is allowed, a written summary or record of that communication should be documented on Fiverr.

This protects both parties in the event of misunderstandings, disputes, or platform review.
