Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for services connected to SkyDesigner.me.
1. Fiverr Based Orders
Our agency operates primarily through Fiverr, and most service orders are processed through Fiverr.
For any project purchased through Fiverr, refunds, cancellations, disputes, revisions, and order-related resolutions are governed by Fiverr’s applicable rules and procedures.
2. Payments Through Fiverr Only
All Fiverr-related payments must be made through Fiverr.
Because of this, refunds for Fiverr-based orders are also handled through Fiverr’s platform and according to Fiverr’s refund and cancellation processes.
3. Refund Requests
If a service was purchased through Fiverr, refund requests must be made through Fiverr’s official process, including the Resolution Center, cancellation flow, or Customer Support where applicable.
Refund eligibility is subject to Fiverr’s current rules, order status, delivery status, and case review.
4. Default Refund Method
Where applicable under Fiverr’s process, canceled order funds may first be returned to the buyer’s Fiverr Balance, with any additional refund-to-payment-provider options handled according to Fiverr’s own system and rules.
5. No Off Platform Refund Handling
We do not issue off-platform refunds for Fiverr-related services.
We do not accept off-platform payments for Fiverr-related work, and we do not process separate direct refunds outside Fiverr for Fiverr-originated projects.
6. Off Platform Communication Exception
In rare cases where off-platform communication is necessary, it must be pre-approved by Fiverr Support and documented on Fiverr.
This does not change the rule that payments and refund handling for Fiverr-related work remain governed by Fiverr.
7. Chargebacks and Misuse
Any misuse of payment systems, unauthorized chargebacks, policy abuse, or attempts to bypass Fiverr processes may be handled in accordance with Fiverr’s rules and any applicable legal rights.
8. Non Fiverr Work
If a project is explicitly agreed outside Fiverr in a manner that is allowed, documented, and legally valid, separate written refund terms must be agreed in advance.
Unless such separate written terms exist, Fiverr-based rules and processes will apply to Fiverr-originated work.
