Refund Policy

How payment works

When you order through Fiverr, Fiverr holds your payment until you accept the delivery. We do not receive the payment before that, and we never accept payment outside Fiverr.

Before we start

If you change your mind before work begins, message us on Fiverr and we can cancel the order by mutual agreement. The payment is then returned to you by Fiverr.

During the project

If the work is not going in the right direction, tell us in the Fiverr order. Every package lists the number of revisions included, and we use them to get the result right before you accept the delivery.

Cancellations and refunds

If we cannot resolve an issue together, the order can be cancelled through Fiverr's Resolution Center. Refunds are issued by Fiverr according to its own rules, usually to your Fiverr balance or the original payment method.

After you accept the delivery

Once a delivery is accepted, the order is complete and Fiverr releases the payment. Further changes can be arranged through a new order or custom offer.
